You guys. This is a very exciting day because I have found a sex toy I love with a price tag of… wait for it… $39.99. Hell fucking yes. Big shout out to the wonderful folks at SheVibe for hooking me up.

So this is the B Swish Bthrilled Wand. It’s a cute little battery-powered mini-wand with a surprising amount of power for being a battery-powered mini-wand.

Now if you know me, you know I’m generally a rechargeable kind of girl, but I think battery-powered toys definitely have their place. They’re usually less expensive up front; it can be nice when a toy dies to just be able to pop in a new set of batteries and not have to wait around for it to charge; and for a lot of people in living situations where they don’t really want to leave a toy out to charge, battery-powered toys can be a more discreet option.

So that’s fine. My one issue with it is the battery cap at the base of the toy. It can be really difficult to twist off, especially when you first get it. It also has to be placed a certain way to be able to twist it back on, and the toy doesn’t give you any visual indicator for how to place it, so I am constantly trying to put it on backwards and then having to take it off and adjust.

But once the battery cap is on, everything is sunshine and rainbows, because this thing rocks.

The lowest vibration setting is deliciously rumbly and the one I tend to linger on the longest. It’s a nice medium intensity, not so strong that it’s overwhelming but not so weak that I want to quickly move past it. It’s a perfect middle ground that feels substantial, while easing my clit in to the two higher settings.

Like most wands, the B Swish Bthrilled gets buzzier as you turn it up, so I really only tend to increase the intensity as I get close to orgasm. I can actually get off pretty easily on any of the three steady settings, which is rare, but I do usually jump up to the buzzy highest setting when I’m ready to come.

If I were the Queen of the Vibrator Kingdom, no vibe would ever have less than six steady vibration settings at minimum. But unfortunately, I am not, and despite only having three steady settings (and two patterns) this toy still gets my seal of approval.

And did I mention it comes in green? Because I am loving this jade/teal situation. I think it’s such an underused color in the sex toy industry, and I want more of it in my life.

The body of this wand is hard plastic, while the head is silicone. The neck is a little bit flexible, which is nice, but as someone who likes a lot of pressure on my clit I do feel like I have to be a little careful with it because if I’m too rough I could see myself breaking the toy at that point. It doesn’t seem to be the most durable if you’re someone who’s hard on vibrators.

Another thing I love about this toy is that the vibrations are pretty firmly concentrated in the head. I get very little vibration transfer down to my hand, which is always appreciated.

So yeah. I don’t have a lot to say about this thing, other than that it’s very, very good, and if you’re in the market for a wand-style toy this is one I wholeheartedly recommend.

Thanks for watching, and I’ll see you next time!
